Miss Ridley is the granddaughter of Mac and Donna Tucker of Benton, and Doug and Mary Ridley of Paducah. She is a 2008 graduate of Marshall County High School and a May candidate for graduation from Texas A&M in Corpus Christi with a pre-veterinary bachelor’s degree in science. She is employed by Windsor Park Animal Hospital in Corpus Christi.
Mr. York is the grandson of Betty York of Benton and the late Guy York, the late Wayne Hounchell, and the late Kirby and Dorothy Jestes. He is a 2007 graduate of Marshall County High School in Benton and is serving as a military police investigator with the U.S. Army stationed in Fort Polk, La.
Wedding vows will be exchanged at 6:30 p.m. May 19 at Kenlake State Resort Park Hotel in Aurora. All friends and relatives are invited to attend.
