Mr. Miller and the former Jean Cavitt were married on November 22, 1962 by Bro. Carl Shockley at the Farmington Church of Christ. Their attendants were Sarah Wright and Donnie Bearden.
Mrs. Miller is retired from the Marshall County School System. Her parents were the late Otho and Mae Cavitt.
Mr. Miller is retired from Air Products and Chemical Co. in Calvert City. His parents were the late John Tom and Joies Miller.
Fred and Jean have two sons, John Miller and wife, Leia and Brad Miller and wife, Mandy, both of Benton. They have three grandchildren and one great-granddaughter.
