The Marshall County Coroner's office has identified the man killed in the accident on Ky. 1422 yesterday as 19-year-old James T. Carmen,III of Smithland. Carmen was a passenger in a vehicle driven by Daryl Spencer of Marshall County. Spencer was taken to Marshall County Hospital for treatment of his injuries.

One person is dead and another injured following a single vehicle rollover crash in the 1400 block of Tatumsville Highway (Ky 1422) at around 9:00 this morning. Police are not yet releasing the identities of the victims. The driver of the vehicle was transported to Marshall County Hospital and the passenger was declared dead at the scene of the accident. The crash is being investigated by Marshall County Deputy Steven Oakley and Deputy Coroner Barry Taylor. Further information will be passed along as it becomes available.
