BENTON – A trio of Marshall County men charged with robbery, kidnapping and burglary will stand trial Nov. 14 in Marshall County Circuit Court. Trevor England, Nicholas Redford and Andrew Wagner were originally slated to go to trial today (Aug. 2), but the date was moved back as attorneys became more involved with the case.
The men were arrested last year following a home invasion in September. Authorities accused Redford, England and Wagner of tying up an elderly homeowner before robbing her residence.
Also in court Monday, James Todd Hill was arraigned on four counts of possession of matter portraying a sexual performance by a minor. Hill entered a not guilty plea. Hill was arrested in March following an investigation by the Attorney General’s Cybercrimes Unit and Marshall County Sheriff’s Department.
It is believed Hill, 42, of Gilbertsville, utilized file sharing in a peer-to-peer network to transfer illegal images.
