She was a member of Pentecostal Tabernacle Church. She was a homemaker.
Mrs. Ward is survived by six daughters, Kay Wilson, Deborah Langston, Betty Clark, Cindy Power and Nancy Green, all of Mayfield, and Jeanette Franklin of Graves County; two sons, Paul Ward of Benton and Johnny Ward of Sedalia; one sister, Peggy Prince of Martin, Tenn.; sixteen grandchildren; and eighteen great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, William R. and Malvine Wiggins Chambers; one son, Gary Dale Ward; and two brothers.
Services will be at 2:00 p.m. Tuesday at Brown Funeral Home in Mayfield with the Rev. Larry McClure officiating. Burial will follow in Lynnville Baptist Church Cemetery.
