Ruby Pearl “Granny Ruby” Jones, 94 of Benton, died Saturday, Oct. 6, 2012, at her home near Aurora.

She was a member of Union Ridge Baptist Church and a member of the Eastern Star.

She is survived by two daughters, Marcia Henson and Joan Henson both of Benton; six grandchildren; 21 great-grandchildren; and 11 great-great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Ollie Jones; a daughter, Norma Kay Freeman; sisters Ruth Lee, Ludie Mathis and Lydia Ethel Letson; a brother, Luther Inman; and her parents, Zodie Edgar Inman and Julia Etta McNeely Inman.

Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Monday, Oct. 8, at Filbeck-Cann & King Funeral Home. Bro. George Culp and Bro. Bob Click will officiate. Burial will follow at Union Ridge Cemetery.

Visitation will be after 4 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 7, at the funeral home.
