Rady owned and operated Puckett’s Standard Service Station and Puckett’s Pertrol Service Station in Calvert City. He was a member of the Lakeview Baptist Church where he served as a deacon, and he was a member of the Calvert City Masonic Lodge #543.
He is survived by two daughters, Doris Burkeen of Calvert City, and Debbie McDuffee of Lone Oak; two sons, David Puckett and Donald Gene Puckett both of Benton; one brother, Jim Puckett of Benton; ten grandchildren; and twelve great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Elwanda Vasseur Puckett; one son, Robert Dwain Puckett; one grandson, Daren Puckett; one sister, Henrietta Walton; and two brothers, John Puckett and Pete Puckett. His parents were Timothy Green Puckett and Ruby Stokes Puckett.
Funeral services will be at 11:00 a.m. February 21, at Filbeck-Cann & King Funeral Home and Crematory. Bro. Don Wilson will officiate and burial will follow in the Lakeview Cemetery.
