Pansy Story, 89, of Calvert City, died Monday, August 22, at Calvert City Convalescent Center in Calvert City. She was a retired sewing operator for Florsheim Shoe Factory. Mrs. Story was a member of Oak Valley Church of Christ.

She is survived by two daughters, Betsy Ward of Paducah, and Patsy Bradley of Gilbertsville; one son, Frank Gerald Story of Albany, Ga; sixgrand children and 11 great-grand Children.

She was preceded in death by her husband, William Tilman Story; her parents, Marion Frank Dawes and the Louie Opal (Peck) Dawes, and four brothers.

Funeral service were at Collier Funeral Chapel on Wednesday, August 24, David Hendrickson officiated.

Interment followed at the Marshall County Memory Gardens in Benton.
