He worked in the construction field as a pool and spa installer.
He is survived by his parents, Michael Joseph Hoy Sr., of Pennsylvania. Doris (Twombly) Henson and step-father Mitchell Henson of Columbia, S.C.
He is also survived by his wife, Ashley (Finnell) Riley of Mayfield; three sons, Michael Joseph Hoy, III of Gallatin, Tenn., Hunter Hoy of Gallatin, Tenn., and Tyler Wysocki of Michigan; one step-daughter, Bryanna Christian of Mayfield.; and one sister, Tamra Hoy of Columbia, S.C..
Memorial services will be held Tuesday, September 27, at 6:00 p.m. in the Chapel of the Collier Funeral Home in Benton.Rev. Bob Wiley officiating.
Friends may call after 4:00 p.m. Tuesday until the memorial service hour at 6:00 p.m. at the Collier Funeral Home in Benton.
