He is survived by two daughters, Julia Stern of Bradenton, Fla., and Cynthia Metclfe of Horse Cave; two brothers, Joseph Jones of Louisville and James Jones of Elizabethtown.
He is preceded in death by his wife Anne Frances Jones; one son, Stephen Jones and his parents Stanley and Mary Lottie Ray Jones.
Graveside services took place Sept. 24, at Cole Cemetery.
