She was a member of the Central Church of Christ in Benton.
She was a teacher in the Marshall Co. School System for 18 years.
She is survived by her son, Guy Henton of Benton; daughter, Frankie Miller of Benton; 3 grandchildren; 4 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Frank Hill Henton; parents, Naaman and Cleo (Lents) Duke; 1 granddaughter, Danita Lynn Miller; and two brothers, A.N. Duke, Jr., and Joe Duke.
Funeral services were October 27, in the Chapel of the Collier Funeral Home in Benton. Dr. Gene Gilliland and Dr. Jack Henton officiated. Interment followed in the Benton Cemetery, Benton.
