John (Tony) A. Seaford, 42, of Benton, died October 15, at his residence in Benton. Seaford was employed by Seafords Lawn & Garden and was of the Church of Christ faith. He was an assistant minister for the Marshall County Correctional Center.

He is survived by his parents, Tommy Seaford and Janet (Hiett) Seaford; his wife Deloris Ann (Thorn) Seaford of Benton; one son, Justin Anthony Seaford of Benton; one daughter, Meagan Tolley of Benton; two brothers Jay Seaford of Calvert City and Ronnie Ball; and one sister: Karen Carroll of Paducah.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents Mr. & Mrs. Lophus Hiett and Mr. & Mrs. Victor Seaford, one daughter, Jessica Ann Seaford, and one sister, Rhonda Capps.

Arrangements are being handled by Collier Funeral Home, Benton, KY where the family will receive friends from 12:00 p.m. to 1:30 p.m., Tuesday, October 18. Graveside funeral service will be at Marshall Co. Memory Gardens at 2:00 p.m., October 18, with Wade Gillespie officiating.
