James Michael “Jim” Dumbacher, 52, Gulf Breeze, Fla., formerly of Marshall County, died Tuesday, Dec. 11, at his residence.

He was active in the Catholic faith. He worked as a laboratory diagnostic tecnician with Siemens.

Surviving are his mother, Margaret Letterst Dumbacher; sons Jonathan Dumbacher of Gulf Breeze, Fla., and Joseph Dumbacher of Elizabethtown; daughters Selena Galloway of Benton and Dianna Houser of Paducah; sisters Margie Dumbacher of Atlanta and Teresa Steele of Gulf Breeze, Fla.; and his grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his father, Paul James Dumbacher, and an infant brother, Peter Dumbacher.

A funeral mass was held on Saturday at St. Anthony’s of Padua in Grand Rivers with Father Antoni Ottagan officiating.

Interment followed in St. Henry’s Cemetery in Aurora.
