He is survived by his wife, Sandra A. Kokowicz Phillips of Benton; sons Todd Phillips of Dexter, Mich., Steven E. Kokowicz of Vassar, Mich., and Michael Kokowicz of Orlando, Fla; his mother, Odie Elkins Phillips of Murray; and five grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his father, R.J. Phillips.
Memorial services will be at 2 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 4, at Filbeck-Cann & King Funeral Home. Friends may call after noon Saturday at the funeral home. Father Babu Kulathumkal will officiate.
