Mr. Freddie Elmo Wallace, 64, Benton, died on Saturday, March 2, at 10:40 a.m. at Lourdes Hospital in Paducah.

Born Wednesday, June 16, 1948 in Stewart County, Tenn., he was a self employed timber cutter and was the son of the late R. E. Wallace and the late Velma (Young) Wallace.

He was a member of Paris Christian Center, Paris, Tenn.

Surviving are one son, Shane Wallace of Benton; two daughters, Mandie Scates, Dover, Tenn. and Missy Morrical, Birdsville, three brothers, Tim Wallace and Hughie Wallace, both of Benton, and Blaine Wallace of Murray and one sister, Elaine Gipson of Benton and six grandchildren, Madison Jones, Alyson Jones, Caleb Scates, Eli Scate all of Dover, Tenn., Jessalyn Morrical and Colyn Morrical, both of Birdsville.

He was preceded in death by his parents; two brothers, Doug Wallace and Rodney Wallace; one sister, Wanda Sue Elliott and one grandchild, Talon Morrical.

A memorial service was held Monday, March 4, in the Chapel of the Collier Funeral Home in Benton, with the Rev. Brenda Adamson officiating. Interment will be held in the Wade Cemetery, Benton, Kentucky at a later date.
