Former Marshall County Judge Pal Howard passes away

Former Marshall County Judge Pal G. Howard died yesterday at the age of 95 at Baptist Health Paducah. Howard served as County Judge from 1965 until 1969. He also served as County Attorney and District Judge.

Arrangements for Howard are currently incomplete at Filbeck Cann and King Funeral Home.
