Delbert B. Jenkins, 83, of Calvert City, died October 13, at his daughter’s residence in Melber,. He was a member of First Baptist Church of Calvert City.

He is survived by, one daughter, Debra McCuiston, Melber; two sons, Keith Jenkins, Bridgeton, Mo. and Kent Jenkins, Cypress, Calif.; one brother, Kenneth Jenkins, Duenweg, Mo.; 4 grand children; and 1 great grand child.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Hiram Shelton Jenkins and Hazel Marie (Hughes) Jenkins; and by his wife, Lucille Faye Jenkins.

Funeral service was held at Collier Funeral Home at October 17, with the Rev. Rick Johnston and Rev. Jim Ewing officiating.

Interment followed at Calvert City Cemetery, Calvert City.
