Cephus Robertson, 85, of Benton, died Tuesday, December 13, at Lakeway Nursing Home in Benton.

He served in the U.S. Navy during WWII. Mr. Robertson was retired from USEC, where he worked as a machinist. He was a member of the Benton Church of Christ.

He is survived by his wife, Florence Williams Rogers Robertson, Benton; and her sons and daughter, Mark Rogers, Benton, Mike Rogers, Covington, Tenn., Tim Rogers, Gilbertsville, and Susie Poe, Benton; five grandchildren, and one great grandchild.

He was preceded in death by his first wife, Martha Robertson; his parents, Hoyt Joseph Robertson and Mildred Moore Robertson; and brother, Joseph C. Robertson.

Funeral services were at Collier Funeral Chapel, Saturday, December 17. Mike Rogers and Justin Rogers officiated.

Interment followed at McKendree Cemetery, in Kevil.
