Brad Smith, age 31, of Calvert City, died Monday, September 12, at Marshall Co. Hospital in Benton. He was an operator for PSC and a member of the IVOE Local 181.

He is survived by his wife, Maria (Lampley) Smith; parents, Joel Smith and Sherry (Burnett) Smith of Calvert City; Two Daughters, Vanessa Marie Smith, Aaliyah Rose Smith of Calvert City; One Son, Phillip Bradley Smith of Calvert City,; One Brother, Brent Smith of Calvert City, grandparents, Homer and Shirley Burnett, of Calvert City, Mary Lou Smith of Calvert City and great grandmother, Violet Veatch of McLeansboro, IL.

He was preceded in death by his grandfather, Marvin Smith.

Arrangements are being handled by Collier Funeral Home, P.O. Box 492, Benton, KY.

Funeral service was at the Collier Funeral Home Thursday, September 15, Rev. Jack Kee officiated.

Interment followed at Wilson Cemetery in Draffenville
