He was retired from the paving industry.
He was preceded in death by his brothers, Raymond Scillion, Thomas Scillion, and Delbert Scillion; and sister, Mevlene Scillion Stice. His parents were Clint Scillion and Ina (Frizzell) Scillion.
Graveside Funeral services were held at Dees Cemetery on May 2, with Merle Ellington officiating.
Interment followed at Dees Cemetery, Calvert City.
