On Friday, September 30, BMS students participated in the monthly CAP assembly. Each month assemblies are held to recognize students' character, achievement, and pride. This month's assembly consisted of a Battle of the Sexes contest between the girls, boys, and the staff. Students were asked questions and had to compete in various activities for the competition. Students were randomly chosen from the CAP bucket to participate in the activities. BMS also celebrated their test scores an overall index of 111 and 3rd in the state with a cookout. The September students of the month were:

6th grade Grant Hackney and Emily Norman

7th grade Keegan Cole and Kayla Emery

8th grade Nathan Mason and Allie Holmes
