Mr. Bennett and the former Kay Butler were married November 3, 1961, at the Marios Christian Church in Marion by the Rev. Robert Story. Their attendants were Carol Butler and Jimmy Harnice.
Mrs. Bennett is the daughter of the late James Albert and Ruby Butler.
Mr. Bennett is retired from Brandeis Machinery. He is the son of the late Homer Bennett and wilma Bennett Sigler.
They are the parents of Gregg Bennett of Louisville and Gina Estes of Calvert City. They have five grandchildren and one great grandchild.
