The trial of former North Marshall Water Superintendent Brad Anderson has been removed from Monday's Marshall County Circuit Court docket according to Judge Dennis Foust. Foust said the case was removed at the request of Anderson's attorney, Charlie Brien and special prosecutor David Hargrove.

Anderson was charged by the Kentucky State Police with theft by unlawful taking and indicted by a Marshall County Grand Jury. The trial was to have taken place on Monday, August 29. Foust said he has put it back on the docket for September 6.
